More About The Role & Team

Are you ready to make an impact at Confluence Technologies? As our Billing Specialist, you'll be a key player in our Revenue Accounting team, ensuring our clients receive accurate and timely invoices. You'll work with data from multiple sources, streamline processes, and help us deliver best-in-class service. You'll collaborate with Revenue Accountants, manage professional services contracts, and track project progressall while driving efficiency and innovation in our billing operations.

What Skills And Experience Do I Need To Succeed?

Essential Requirements :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
• Experience : 35 years in a similar billing or accounting role
• Technical Skills :
• Intermediate in Excel and other Microsoft Office suite products
• Experience with NetSuite ERP and Sales Force are plus.

Salary Range : $45,000 to $60,000 annually + any other benefits such as bonus Upon joining our company, Confluence provides team members and their families with a competitive benefits offering which includes medical, dental, vision, FSA and / or HSA spending accounts, life insurance, disability coverage and generous paid time off.
