Responsibilities :

Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and complex care procedures

Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and families

Implement and monitor treatment plans, adjusting as needed to ensure optimal outcomes

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of care

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care, including progress notes and medication reconciliation

Requirements :

Current RN license in the state of Florida

$50 - $100 competitive salary

1 years of experience required

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
