Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Occupational Therapist Discipline : Therapy Start Date : 12 / 01 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Must have IL State OT license BLS required 1 year of OT experience required M-F 8-4 : 30.
