WCTE Audio Technician

About the Role

  • Operate audio equipment and assist with lighting as needed to ensure high-quality event production.
  • Announce each routine with confidence and enthusiasm, engaging the audience and enhancing the event atmosphere.
  • Play music for each routine flawlessly and keep the crowd entertained between performances.
  • Run smooth and professional awards ceremonies.
  • Collaborate closely with Backstage Managers, Studio Directors, and Teachers to ensure seamless event execution.

    • Requirements

  • Passion for live events and high-energy environments.
  • Strong audio skills and comfort with live sound operations.
  • Confident microphone presence and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work weekends (Friday to Sunday) with travel required from Thursday evening or Friday morning to Monday morning from January to July.
  • Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and sit for extended periods.
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid ID
