Responsibilities :

• Manage personal injury cases from inception to resolution, focusing on later stages of litigation and trial preparation.
• Conduct high-level tasks such as depositions, ensuring thorough examination and fact-finding.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court appearances and advocate effectively during trials.
• Engage in law and motion practice, presenting persuasive arguments before the court.
• Communicate regularly with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel to ensure clarity and progress.
• Lead litigation strategies and coordinate with support staff to maintain efficiency.
• Provide guidance to the legal team and contribute to the development of the litigation department.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and strategic advantage.
• Collaborate with the managing attorney to refine processes and achieve firm goals.
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with a strong preference for trial experience.
• Extensive knowledge and expertise in personal injury law.
• Proven ability to handle depositions and other complex litigation tasks.
• Licensed attorney with active membership in the relevant state bar.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of cases.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to manage and support the litigation team.
