Lead People Analytics Consultant – GE Aerospace
Reporting to the Director, People Analytics Consulting & Delivery, the Lead People Analytics Consultant will translate workforce data into actionable insights, informing workforce decisions across the organization. The role is high impact, visible across HR, and frequently used in strategic discussions at executive levels.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an operational and thought leader within the People Analytics team, selecting effective analytical methodologies that connect our work to client needs.
- Act as a client‑facing consultant for multiple business units / COEs, managing relationships, understanding objectives, and delivering insights to advise on workforce decisions and strategies.
- Lead solution design for complex, company‑level requests—define requirements, design, and implement executive‑ready solutions for the Consulting & Delivery team.
- Support the Director in capability building across the team and establish measures to quantify the impact of the People Analytics function.
- Develop standardized workforce metrics and collaborate with the data enablement team to design dashboards that provide a single source of truth.
- Champion self‑service metrics, empowering clients with quick data access.
- Apply analytical and predictive models to identify workforce risks and opportunities, recommending mitigation strategies.
- Recommend KPIs and lead Monthly Operating Reviews with clients to track progress and identify barriers.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, generate and test hypotheses, and uncover trends around attrition, talent acquisition, development, and employee listening.
- Create comprehensive analyses by integrating data from multiple sources.
- Simplify complex analytics products into compelling data stories that accelerate decision‑making.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, I / O Psychology, or a related discipline.At least eight years of relevant consulting, advisory, or analytics experience, with a minimum of six years specifically in People Analytics.Proven track record of leading global analytics projects and delivering value to executive clients across multiple business units.Desired Characteristics
Strong strategic and analytical thinking, translating data into actionable business insights.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a history of engaging executive clients.A curious mindset and passion for exploring new analytical methodologies and technologies.Ability to distill complex data sets into clear, compelling stories.Proficiency with analytical and visualization tools (R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, SPSS, SQL).Experience mentoring junior consultants / analysts.Pay and Benefits
