As an Assistant General Manager at Bolt Farm Treehouse , you’ll help lead operations at one of the most unique luxury retreats in America. You’ll partner with the General Manager to fine-tune daily operations , build and inspire a high-performing team , and ensure every guest leaves as a lifelong fan . Oversee daily operations in collaboration with the General Manager to ensure seamless, efficient, and system-driven operations across all departmentsLead and develop a winning team by inspiring, training, and managing staff to deliver five-star service while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace cultureEnsure exceptional guest experiences by proactively resolving concerns, anticipating needs, and creating memorable momentsOptimize processes and systems by leveraging cutting-edge technology to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and elevate service qualityDrive financial performance by analyzing budgets, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures while maintaining excellenceWhat We’re Looking For :
At least 3 years of hospitality experience , with luxury hospitality preferredExperience in operations and project management with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and prioritiesOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsProven leadership ability to motivate and build strong teamsTech-savvy and comfortable using cloud-based hospitality software and operational toolsSelf-motivated , well-organized, and results-driven with a record of meeting goalsSolutions-oriented mindsetPosition Details :
Full-time , exempt (salaried) position requiring 50–60+ hours per week, especially during peak seasons and eventsCompetitive salary based on experienceOnsite | Whitwell, TNStandard Application Process :
