Our signature Celebration Cake is a birthday staple on tens of thousands of tables. Our bakeries mix the nostalgia of the past with the warmth and feel of a modern, neighborhood bakery. Greet, welcome, and connect with guests. Maintain service quality standards by delivering premium guest service and treating each guest as a VIP. Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored suggestions. Handle all guest transactions in an efficient, professional and competent manner. Perform guest service tasks and other duties as instructed by Manager-on-Duty (MOD) or General Manager. Deliver product on an as needed basis.
