What would you do as a Director of Construction

As Director of Construction for Site, you'll oversee multiple civil and commercial projects from start to finish. You'll manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. Daily responsibilities include site visits, resource planning, and performance tracking. You'll lead with a hands-on approach, fostering a family-first culture and encouraging creative problem-solving across teams.

What You'll Need :

• 10+ years in Project Management (including Sr. PM experience)
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Deep knowledge of excavation, site logistics, and civil construction operations
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and scheduling skills
• Ability to inspire teams and drive innovation
• Commitment to safety, ethics, and excellence
