Job Summary : As an HVAC, Commercial Kitchen Equipment & Refrigeration Technician, you will be responsible for driving a company vehicle to customer sites to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair various commercial kitchen equipment. To succeed in this role, you must be self-sufficient, possess strong technical and troubleshooting skills, and demonstrate exceptional customer service abilities.

Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect equipment and related components for safe operation.
• Communicate effectively with customers and branch staff regarding repair statuses, maintaining schedule adherence and addressing any delays.
• Complete service tickets in accordance with company procedures.
• Manage truck stock to ensure necessary parts are readily available.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms to meet Tech24 standards.
• Serve as a positive role model for less experienced technicians and promote company values.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety.

Qualifications :
