Job descriptionGreet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Schedule appointments and confirm upcoming appointments Manage patient records, update information, and file paperwork Collect payments for services rendered and file insurance claims Answer calls and respond to patient inquiries and provide information as needed Dentrix knowledge, Ins verification, post treatment plans Must have Previous experience in a dental office setting Excellent customer service and communication skills Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Prefer Bilingual Spanish Dentrix Proficiency Back floor / X-ray knowledge, cross trained preferred
