Job descriptionAssists GM in achieving sales and profits to plan Displays urgency in correcting daily financial control deficiencies Delivers / improves delivery of operational standards. Ensure execution of excellent customer service Execute shift deployment as the MIC Assist GM to ensure all food safety and brand standards are executed Open or close restaurant as required Ensure that safety is a priority for all employees. Act in a safe manner and do not put self or others at risk. Safety is everyone's responsibility. Performs other duties as assigned. Shift operations Restaurant operations Complete all essential functions Compliance with all Brand and Company Standards and targets Guests, in-store operators, operations management, office staff, maintenance, and vendors Working Conditions Minimal hazards. General restaurant and office working conditions. High School Diploma Physical and / or Medical Requirements Must obtain a Tuberculosis Clearance Certificate.
PURPOSE
The Shift Leader reports directly to the General Manager. The SL assists the GM in the achievement of the restaurant's people, operational and financial goals.
