A FQHC in Grants, New Mexico is looking for a primary care provider to work in a 100% outpatient setting, with no nights or weekends! About the Opportunity : Location : Grants, NM Specialty : IM / FM Clinical Setting : Primary care, 100% outpatient, Community Health FQHC Patient Population : All ages Hours & Schedule, including on-call : M-F 9-5 standard hours but they are flexible to 4 days. Would also consider a part time provider. There is no call. Salary range : 220k-275k tiered system depending on experience. 70k of loan forgiveness over two years, and a 30-40k sign on bonus. Qualifications : Vaccination Required (Y / N) : Y BE or BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active NM State License
