Customer Service Supervisor

Our client, a leading organization in the nutrition and health sciences industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Supervisor to join their team. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be part of the Contact Center Management department supporting a dynamic frontline team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title : Customer Service Supervisor Location : Fremont, MI / Hybrid Pay Range : What's the Job? Lead and guide a team of contact center representatives supporting renowned nutrition brands across multiple communication channels. Partner with supervisory teams to delegate tasks effectively, fostering a culture of initiative and accountability. Monitor operational performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for process improvements. Respond promptly to escalations from consumers, caregivers, or healthcare professionals to enhance loyalty and satisfaction. Support eCommerce initiatives, product transactions, and ensure compliance with FDA and Nestl standards. What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a contact center or customer service environment. Proven leadership experience and ability to manage a team through changing environments. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. What's in it for me?
