Senior Database Administrator

A company is looking for a Senior Database Administrator II (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Implement and manage Azure database services, ensuring high availability and performance optimization

Utilize Azure DevOps for continuous integration and delivery, and monitor database environments

Oversee database server installations and conduct maintenance, backups, and performance tuning activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field preferred

Minimum of 7 years of experience as a production MS-SQL DBA

Expert knowledge of database security best practices

Experience with Azure databases and SQL Server version 2016 and above

Ability to design, deploy, and manage databases in the Azure cloud
