Full Time Installers

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. A solid understanding of mechanical systems and equipment repair is essential for success in this position.

• Responsibilities
• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems according to specifications and codes.
• Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment as needed, utilizing tools such as ohmmeters for diagnostics.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices while on job sites.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns regarding HVAC systems.
• Requirements
• Proven experience in HVAC installation or a related field.
• Familiarity with gas / oil heating systems, air conditioning systems, and ductless systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
