Body Shop Estimator — Join the Team at Village Ford!

Location : Dearborn, MI

Schedule : Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Pay : $60,000–$80,000 / year

Sign on Bonus Available!

What You’ll Be Doing :

We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Body Shop Estimator who’s ready to jump into a fast-paced shop and make an impact. You’ll be the go-to expert for assessing damage, creating clear, accurate estimates, and helping customers understand the work that needs to be done.

You’ll collaborate with techs, customers, and insurance reps — all while making sure things move quickly and smoothly. Your day-to-day will include :

• Evaluating vehicle damage
• Creating and explaining detailed cost estimates
• Keeping timelines on track
• Documenting repairs
• Communicating with both internal teams and external partners
