Reporting to the Senior Program Officer for HS / PRS, the HS / PRS Regional Supervisor will provide supervision to case management staff and supportive case management services to unaccompanied immigrant children released from federal custody.

DUTIES
Perform ongoing supervision of case management activities. Ensuring staff are providing services in compliance with ORR policies and proceduresSubmit detailed and thorough documentation in compliance with Global Refuge policies and proceduresUtilize social work best practices for thorough assessments of child's progress and services providedParticipate in ongoing supervision and conduct clinical supervision of assigned Case ManagersInform supervisor about trends, challenges, and successes in working with the populationParticipate in Global Refuge trainings on cultural competence, service provision, and Global Refuge policies and procedure sProvide ongoing support to case management staff and ensure staff are in compliance with ORR, Global Refuge, and state policies and proceduresOversee quality documentation submission by staff, in compliance with Global Refuge policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in social work, or other relevant degree or equivalent experienceProfessional license or license-eligibleAt least three years of experience with child welfare programsFluency in Spanish is required.Experience providing administrative supervision and clinical supervision to case managersKnowledge of community resources and ability to connect families to community servicesExcellent clinical and crisis intervention skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCritical assessment and analysis skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to travel to home visits and other service agencies to serve the clientKnowledge of and experience working with refugee or immigrant children preferredCross-cultural or international experience preferredCommitment to Global Refuge's core mission and values and an ability to model those values in relationship with colleagues and partners; commitment to empowering refugees and migrantsSpecial Position Requirements :
