Base pay range

$100.00 / hr - $125.00 / hr

Global Foods Company is looking for an Intellectual Property Attorney with 5+ years' experience for a 3 month engagement (with a potential extension) .

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company’s patent portfolio in collaboration with senior attorneys.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on legal issues related to patents and trade secrets.
  • Provide strategic guidance on intellectual property protection and enforcement.
  • Support the development and implementation of IP-related policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with outside counsel and internal teams on patent filings and related matters.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Intellectual Property, Patents, and Trade Secrets
  • Experience with consumer goods or food is a plus

    • Compensation & Engagement

  • Hourly Rate : $ 100-$125 per hour
  • Candidates must be able to work part-time, 3-4 days per week
  • Candidates must be able to work on-site in Wayzata, MN
  • Candidates will be employed by an Employer of Record (EOR) for the duration of the engagement.
