The Content Practice, inside the Marketing Pillar of Song, is where we partner with clients to help them capture, create, produce, and localize content as efficiently and effectively as possible. We partner with clients across industries, and we are able to bring capabilities that span consulting and transformations services (op model and technology road mapping and stand up), to film / video / photo capture / post production, and scaled globally delivered, tech powered, managed services around content capture, creation and production.
The Work
You will own the strategy, roadmap, and scaled delivery playbook associated with infusing technology, automation, AI & GENAI into scaled content execution. + Define and evolve POV around Content Supply Chain technology strategy, and AI / automation as it relates to scaled content execution + Partner with internal technology teams as well as external enterprise software partners to solution against client challenges + Be able to create bespoke solutions and sales materials and represent them to internal stakeholders as well as client audiences. + Familiarity & fluency in the current enterprise technology partners relevant to scaled content enablement + Deep background understanding and fluency in Generative AI tools and an ability to differentiate between the many options and appropriately apply the right solution to any given client need. + Design and deploy human-in-the-loop GenAI workflows + Establish governance frameworks including taxonomy standards, approval flows, and operational KPIs. + Lead pilots to at-scale rollouts, standardizing workflows and playbooks + Engage regularly with internal Client Account teams who have identified opportunities at their client, and be able to drive client conversations to advance the opportunity to sale and execution + Regularly internally publish perspectives and POVs internally to educate our Song teams on the quick moving and evolving world of content automation and AI + Be on the leading edge of new tools and technology that can revolutionize our ways of working - and drive internal awareness and transformation + Be able to balance daily focus between (1) BD / Sales (2) Client work & delivery (3) Capability evolution + Build and mentor a small multi-disciplinary team with deep subject matter expertise + Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to excellence + Excellent oral and written communicator, with great interpersonal skills; able to forge trusting relationships within a diverse team + Build a strong internal network that will enable you to tap into the breadth of our capabilities to design customized client solutions + Support business development, RFP responses and new business opportunities + Contribute to POVs and thought leadership + Should have a natural curiosity to continually stay smart on evolving technology, tools and next gen marketing best practices and principals.

Here's What You'll Need
12+ years in content operations / MarTech with 5+ years leading AI / automation programs, experience should include : + Deep experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM Assets / Sites, Workfront) and DAM / MRM platforms. + Proven track record of delivering measurable value through automation and GenAI initiatives. Bonus points if.. + Experience with first-of-kind GenAI initiatives and agentic workflow orchestration. + Operating model design at global scale, including taxonomy governance and compliance workflows. + Familiarity with AI orchestration layers and responsible AI practices
Compensation
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
