Competitive Compensation : Shift differentials : $2.50 / hour (3 PM-11 PM), $4.50 / hour (11 PM-7 AM), and $5.00 / hour for weekend shifts. Generous Bonus Opportunity : Organizational Incentive Program (OIP) bonus up to 3% of base salary based on organizational performance. Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 sign-on bonus. Compensation & Benefits :
Hourly pay range : $32.08-$47.20 based on experience and qualifications.
