Seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join a dedicated healthcare team at a leading hospital in Central Illinois

As a Physical Therapist in a state-of-the-art facility, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide exceptional patient care. The Physical Therapist will report directly to the Director of Rehabilitation Services and collaborate closely with both inpatient and outpatient teams to create tailored rehabilitation plans for patients recovering from surgery, injury, or chronic conditions.

The Physical Therapist’s will be responsible for evaluating and assessing patients to determine their physical condition and rehabilitation needs. This includes reviewing medical histories, performing physical exams, and identifying areas of weakness, pain, or limited mobility. Based on these assessments, the therapist develops personalized treatment plans aimed at improving strength, flexibility, and overall function through various therapeutic interventions such as exercises, manual therapy, and the use of modalities like heat or ultrasound. The PT also provides ongoing education to patients and their families, teaching them proper movement techniques, exercises, and lifestyle changes to support recovery and prevent future injuries.
