Job Title
This position handles a wide range of administrative and supportive tasks. Must be well organized and able to interact with both staff and external contacts.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily vendor ordering and follow-up
- Receives supplies and delivers to units as needed
- Documents and inventories incoming products
- Monitors inventory supplies by walking units to determine needs
- Maintains in stock items required for the facility and re-orders when necessary
- Implements and maintains inventory control and keeps updated reports
- Manages relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery, and compliance to terms of contract
- Reviews supplies to ensure quality
