Top Dog Country Club in New Germany, Minnesota is calling all compassionate and vibrant Pet Specialist to apply to join our amazing team full-time or part-time !

We are a busy kennel that invests in our team and offers real opportunities for career growth. This Pet Specialist can choose a schedule that works best for them! There are both full-time and part-time shifts available where you can start your day at 6 AM or 12 PM. These flexible schedules typically range from 6 AM to 3 PM or 12 PM to 9 PM . You will be required to work a combination of early mornings, late evenings, every other weekend, and half of the holidays. This canine care position earns a pay rate of $20-$26 an hour, including tips , depending on experience and skills. Our vacation club supplies canines with a vacation of their own filled with fun activities that teach dogs good social skills and a lavishing suite that even people would want to book a stay in. We are experts in the hospitality industry with over 14 years of experience as Vice President and veteran of Marriott International. Our country club is similar to "Marriott for dogs!" We also assist our community of canines that are left in unfortunate circumstances with the Top Dog Foundation because we believe in leaving no dog behind.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

As a pet specialist, communication skills are significant in reading the dog's body language and adequately responding with friendliness and confidence. Animals have feelings just as much as humans do, and understanding their behavior or demeanor enhances your training and care. Your spirited teamwork abilities provide pet care service with other specialists. There are some activities for our canines that involve multiple staff to come together for an efficiently fun vacation. A physical life assists in this active position as roughly all interaction with the dogs consists of standing, moving, and lifting throughout the day. You provide our canine guests with quality playtime and valuable social training. Your pet care service is a vital aspect in continuing the kind and loving reputation that Top Dog Country Club is known for because a pet specialist IS the company .
