The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee one or several departments, including Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Receiving. The role involves holding current 3PL supervisors and warehouse employees accountable to specific metrics, increasing training, and troubleshooting issues in real time on the floor. The goal is to ensure measurable improvements, increasing shipments from 12,000 to 35,000.

• Implement increased training programs and troubleshoot real-time issues on the floor.
• Work towards increasing shipment goals from 12,000 to 35,000.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
