Your Opportunity

We're seeking a BC / BE Psychiatrist to join our behavioral health team in Hazard, Kentucky. You'll work in an integrated system-the largest in Southeastern Kentucky and Southern West Virginia-which is big enough to offer robust support, yet focused enough for you to make a deeply meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care, diagnosing and managing psychiatric disorders through medication and therapy
• Collaborate directly with and supervise Advanced Practice Providers in outpatient clinics
• Maintain structured schedules within a traditional weekday (Mon-Fri, roughly 8 a.m.-5 p.m.) framework
• Engage families and community in treatment planning, delivering compassionate, individualized mental health services
• Ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory standards
