Hourly pay : $55 - $65 / hr
Worksite : Leading professional development and networking company (Sunnyvale, CA 94085 - Hybrid, Must be onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)

40 hours / week, 12 Month Assignment

A leading professional networking company seeks an AI Linguist. The successful candidate will focus on AI quality, evaluation, and annotation, and contribute to the annotation / human judgment pipeline development that lies at the foundation of our AI model development and improvement. The company offers a great work environment!

AI Linguist Responsibilities :

Design and execute solutions for AI quality, evaluation, and annotation.

Leverage Generative AI prompting, human input, and hybrid approaches in the development of scalable and high-quality human judgment workflows.

Conduct data-driven analysis and provide linguistic insights for project development.

Maximize productivity, process efficiency, and quality through streamlined workflows, process standardization, and documentation.

Perform continuous evaluations of the agentic products and report findings.

AI Linguist Qualifications :

2+ years relevant industry experience.

2+ years of experience with large-scale, end-to-end human judgment flows and tools for the training / evaluation of AI models.

2+ years of experience to break down linguistic data requirements into concise, clear instructions and designs.

2+ years of experience programming in Python.

B.S. / B.A Degree in Computational Linguistics, Language Technologies, Linguistics, Speech Science or a related field.

MS or Ph.D. in Computational Linguistics, Language Technologies, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience with agentic products is a strong plus and is preferred.

Experience with human judgment projects and flows is preferred.

Experience with complex and scalable data annotations and evaluations is preferred.

Experience with programming languages in the data annotation space is preferred.

Willingness to learn technical concepts and new tools, and a keen interest in technology.

Shift :

8 hours per day; ideal start time 9 : 00 AM (Flexible).
