Job Summary :

The Banquet Setup / Mover is responsible for the efficient and accurate setup and breakdown of banquet rooms and event spaces according to event orders and hotel standards. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities :

• Set up banquet rooms and event spaces according to event orders, including arranging tables, chairs, dance floors, stages, and other equipment.
• Move and arrange furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Ensure all setups are clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing.
• Break down and clear banquet rooms and event spaces after events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with banquet staff, event planners, and other hotel departments.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Banquet Manager or Supervisor.
