Location : Northern Suburbs of Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office)

Position : Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager

Firm Type : Well-Established, Growing Mid-Sized CPA Firm

Compensation : Up to $180K Base + 10% Bonus

What You’ll Do

• Manage and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns.
• Oversee and mentor staff accountants, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across diverse industries.
• Research complex tax issues and provide strategic planning opportunities for clients.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to improve processes and deliver exceptional client service.
