Salary : $20 - $25 DOE

Landscape Technician / Laborer

We are looking for a hardworking and motivated Landscape Technician to join our team. This role is hands-on and focused on performing enhancement and landscaping services for both residential and commercial clients, while consistently delivering a top-tier customer experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform landscape enhancements such as planting, mulch / rock / sod installs, irrigation modifications, aerations, cleanups and other landscape services.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance on properties and provide a "WOW" experience for clients.
  • Identify property issues or potential improvements while on-site and report or address them appropriately.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and teammates to ensure all work meets expectations.
  • Operate tools and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with minor equipment maintenance and cleaning.
  • Accurately complete paperwork and service documentation.
  • Drive company vehicles to and from job sites as needed.

Requirements :

  • Prior landscaping or enhancement experience preferred but not required.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
  • Ability to lift over 50 lbs. regularly and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and an interest in maintaining equipment is a plus.
