Job Overview
This position is responsible for design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AI and ML solutions and frameworks in on premise and Azure cloud environments. Individual will work with existing data systems and develop pipelines to support AI and ML workflow integration, monitoring, and related application development and integration.
Specifically, the Engineer will facilitate and lead technical integration and configuration of platform components and reference designs to support the development and deployment of AI enabled solutions. Solutions may be deployed in the clinical workflow / Epic EMR, reporting solutions, vendor applications, or internally developed applications. This will require an understanding of the AI and ML development lifecycle using Python, API integration, Azure, LLMs, RAG / TAG, MCP, and other related technologies and frameworks. This position is expected to have a high level of autonomy, in addition to collaborating with internal staff and partners (technical, clinical, business operations, IT, research). This role is critical to our organization and decision makers throughout the organization to help deploy high quality AI and ML solutions.
Additional Information
Hours per week : 40, eligible for benefits
Shift : Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. Work hours may vary depending on the need of the department.

Salary Information
Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week) : $109,636.42 to $164,454.63
