Certified Medical Assistant

• Medical Assistant (MA)
• for a full-time contract role in their
• OBGYN department
• . This is an excellent opportunity for a certified and motivated MA to join a collaborative care team focused on delivering quality womens health services in a supportive outpatient environment.

The Medical Assistant will play a key role in patient care and clinical support, assisting with exams, procedures, and administrative coordination to ensure efficient clinic operations.

• Medical Assistant Key Responsibilities :
• Room patients, take vitals, and document medical histories in the EMR
• Assist physicians and nurses during exams and procedures
• Perform venipuncture, specimen collection, and basic lab testing
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain medical supplies and equipment
• Provide patient education, appointment scheduling, and follow-up coordination
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards
• Medical Assistant Qualifications :
• Minimum
• 1 year of Medical Assistant experience
• _Required_
• Certification from one of the following :
• AAMA, AMT, NHA-CCMA, NCMA, or ARMA
• _Required_
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• certification _Required_
• Experience in
• OBGYN or outpatient settings
