Physical Therapist Assistant Role $1,843.20 per week

Job Summary

Position : Physical Therapist Assistant
Location : Sheridan, Wyoming
Association : Quality Rehab Management
Duration : 89 days
Start Date : 07 / 28 / 2025
End Date : 10 / 25 / 2025
Care Setting : Skilled Nursing Facility
Shift : 8-hour day shifts
Guaranteed Hours : 35 per week

Key Requirements

Licensure : Valid state-issued license

Required Qualifications : Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program

Certifications : BLS (AHA or ARC), NPTE for PTAs

Experience : Minimum 1 year in a Skilled Nursing Facility

Vaccination : Required as per facility policy

Credentialing Timeline : Completed within 30 days of start
