Im working with a well-established commercial construction firm in the Bay Area that is seeking an experienced On-Site Project Manager to join their team. This role will oversee projects from bid to completion, managing subcontractors, ensuring contract compliance, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project operations from bid to completion.
• Review subcontractor bids, confirm accuracy of materials, labor, and schedules.
• Qualify and negotiate with subcontractors; administer subcontracts and process change orders.
• Ensure all contract requirements, documentation, and safety protocols are met.
• Liaise with clients, owners, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Conduct project meetings and support scheduling and budget management.
• Assist in preparing estimates and compiling project data.
