Job descriptionSuperintendents will be expected to : Provide assistance / oversight on jobsite layout Maintain safety measures / precautions Ensure construction execution matches the blueprints Work to train / teach the inexperienced crew members Problem solve when encountering unforeseen issues to keep the job on track Be willing and able to assist the crew when necessary Lead by example Maintain adequate communication between crew and construction management team Requirements : Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Willingness to travel 100% of the time. Ability to read / interpret blueprints and translate that to the execution of the project Ability to identify and operate tools used in the role. This role involves outdoor work at commercial construction sites across the United States. Competitive pay, rates based on experience. 401k Health, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance available.
