Our office, Kennett Endodontics, is looking for an energetic and skilled Dental Assistant to join our growing specialty team!

What You'll Do

As a key member of our clinical team, you'll play an essential role in creating a smooth, stress-free experience for every patient who walks through our doors. You'll support the doctor chairside, handle clinical and administrative tasks, and help keep the practice running efficiently.

Your day-to-day will include :

  • Welcoming patients and ensuring their comfort throughout treatment
  • Preparing rooms, instruments, and supplies for procedures
  • Assisting the doctor with 4-handed dentistry
  • Sterilizing instruments and maintaining proper infection control
  • Providing post-operative care instructions and patient education
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Helping with scheduling, post-op visits, and payment procedures
  • Supporting general office needs and jumping in where help is needed most

Who You Are

You're a dedicated, adaptable Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys being part of a patient-centered team. You love combining your technical skills with your compassion to create a positive impact every day.

You bring :

  • 1–2 years of dental assisting experience (specialty preferred)
  • X-ray certification (required)
  • Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization, and safety protocols
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset
  • A high school diploma and a dental assistant certificate (if required by state law)
  • An active radiology license (if required by state law)

    Position Base Pay Range

    $18.50—$22 USD
