A leading specialty practice is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their neuro team. This role offers a balanced blend of hospital-based and clinic responsibilities, working alongside a highly skilled neurosurgeon and a supportive clinical team.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Participate in both inpatient rounds and outpatient follow-up visits
- Manage ongoing patient care including medication management, imaging orders, consultations, and lab studies
- Provide clinical assessments, treatment planning, and patient education
- Support continuity of care from hospitalization through outpatient follow-up
- Collaborate closely with the supervising surgeon and, as needed, other APPs and multidisciplinary staff
- Who Were Looking For :
- Nurse Practitioner with experience in neurosurgery, neurocritical care, or acute care / surgical settings
- Strong interest in specialty care, ability to learn quickly, and comfort in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset
- Prior inpatient experience is strongly preferred
