Neuro Nurse Practitioner

A leading specialty practice is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their neuro team. This role offers a balanced blend of hospital-based and clinic responsibilities, working alongside a highly skilled neurosurgeon and a supportive clinical team.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Participate in both inpatient rounds and outpatient follow-up visits
• Manage ongoing patient care including medication management, imaging orders, consultations, and lab studies
• Provide clinical assessments, treatment planning, and patient education
• Support continuity of care from hospitalization through outpatient follow-up
• Collaborate closely with the supervising surgeon and, as needed, other APPs and multidisciplinary staff
• Who Were Looking For :
• Nurse Practitioner with experience in neurosurgery, neurocritical care, or acute care / surgical settings
• Strong interest in specialty care, ability to learn quickly, and comfort in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset
• Prior inpatient experience is strongly preferred
• This is a great opportunity for an APP who enjoys both hospital medicine and office-based care, and who wants to build deeper expertise in a specialized neurological practice.
