Locums OB / GYN - West Valley, UT Coverage Need - Assignment Dates : June 9- 16 (7a - 7a) or June 23- 30 (7a- 7a) - Minimum Requirement : 7 shifts per month (24-hour call with 4 hours gratis per shift) Position Details - Coverage Type : Outpatient, Inpatient, Call, Emergency Room, Clinic - Practice Setting : Call covers 2 sites (concurrent call coverage) - Trauma Level : III - Patient Volume : Call volumes average 2-3 patient calls per 7 days of call - Required Duties : - General OB / GYN procedures - Clinic visits, hospital deliveries, and group call coverage - EMR System : Epic - Mandatory completion of EMR training and questionnaire before start date Submissions Requirements - Board Certification in OB / GYN : Required or Truly BE (0-5 years post-residency) - Active UT License : Highly Preferred - Active BLS or PALS Certification- Active Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) : Required for credentialing - Active DEA : Required (transferable DEA acceptable but must be retained for the duration of assignment) - Availability : Minimum of 7 shifts per month; must confirm availability for either June stint - Concurrent Coverage Acknowledgement : Must acknowledge coverage at two sites - EMR Training Acknowledgement : Must confirm understanding and compliance with training requirements - Clean Malpractice / Background : Highly Preferred (candidates with NPDB self-inquiry reports prioritized) Skill Requirements - General OB / GYN procedures - Call coverage for obstetrics and gynecology emergencies Additional Notes - Travel : Air travel acceptable; lodging per GSA rates - Credentialing Timeline : 60-120 days
