Job Type : Full-Time – Year-Round

$23-$30 / Hr. (dependent upon experience)

Skiing or Snowboarding Experience Preferred

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Rental Shop Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth operations. This includes fitting guests with proper equipment, adjusting bindings according to manufacturer guidelines, managing rental inventory, supervising staff, and maintaining a clean and efficient rental space. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, mechanical aptitude, and a passion for winter sports and guest service.

Off Season duties dependent upon q ualifications.

Rental Shop Manager Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule rental shop staff
• Fit guests with boots and adjust bindings to manufacturer guidelines
• Maintain and manage rental gear (tune, wax, test)
• Pre-set group rentals and support events
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Provide top-notch customer service
• Perform basic snow removal from walkways around the rental area as well as other areas when needed.
• Stay current on daily mountain reports, trail conditions, and resort information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
