Lead Care Manager I

Hours :   40 hours per week; Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm (no on-call, evenings, or weekends)

Pay Rate

$24.90 to $26.21 per hour

Education

High School / GED diploma with 2 years of experience working in social services or related setting required. Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or related field with 1 year of experience working in social services or related setting strongly preferred.
