Group Product Manager, Growth, Mailchimp Web Acquisition

We're seeking a Group Product Manager to lead our Growth team across critical areas of the GBSG portfolio. In this role, you’ll own the strategy, outcomes, and team development for high-leverage growth initiatives across QuickBooks and Mailchimp. You will define and lead multi-quarter growth strategies, scale and mentor a team of PMs, and influence cross-functional partners at all levels to drive durable impact. This is a unique opportunity to help build the growth function from the ground up and define its future at Intuit.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and Ownership

• Define and own the multi-quarter growth strategy across key product funnels, aligned to top-line business objectives.
• Identify and prioritize high-leverage opportunities for growth, balancing quick wins with long-term investments.
• Serve as a key voice in GBSG’s product strategy, representing Growth in executive forums and org-level planning processes.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is :

Bay Area California $237,500 - $321,500

Southern California $214,500 - $290,000

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit® : Careers | Benefits).
