Project Manager

The Project Manager will lead multiple key corporate initiatives that have influential impacts to multiple organizations.

The Project Manager will manage the entire life cycle and all aspects of each project.  The project manager needs to coordinate with key stakeholders across multiple organizations to ensure on-time on-budget execution of each project.  Responsibilities :

• Manages the entire life cycle of a project, which includes but not limit to : coordinate with leadership teams and key stakeholders to define project scope and set the strategic direction create a detailed project management plan create project budget and saving / revenue expectations lead daily / weekly stand-ups and meetings collaborate with the project team to assign, prioritize and track project tasks collaborate with the project team to identify and manage project risks track project performance and provide weekly / monthly / quarterly updates to PMO and leadership team Manages communication with external and internal stakeholders (customers, sponsors, leadership team, etc.) Coordinate with each functional team on resource planning and change management Ensure compliance with PMO guiding principles and Project Management framework Assists PMO leader on standardizing Project Management processes and trainings Foster a culture based on accountability         Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree required (Engineering, Science, Management or related discipline), Masters / MBA degree preferred Manufacturing Background strongly preferred.

At least 5 years working experience with 2+ years experience on Project Management Proficient knowledge of Project Management methodologies, tools, and best-known practice Previous experience in medical device industry or contract manufacturing preferred PMP certificate preferred        Skills :
