Summary of Job Duties :

The Occupational Therapist performs evaluations and establishes plans of care, including goals and discharge recommendations. The OT provides daily treatment to promote functional independence and modifies treatment programs. Performs documentation in EHR. Coordinates / communicates with interdisciplinary team. Participates in program improvement, clinical education, and customer service standards.
