What you´ll do
- This Bridgewater based position is focused on meeting the technical needs of our different customers in all three APC Packaging & Labeling markets (Hot Melt End of Line, Hot Melt Labeling and Water Based Labeling).
This work includes addressing specific customer needs, as well as assisting with general market initiatives such as performance validation and data generation for new product introductions.
The role of this Senior Application Engineer is to provide product, equipment, and application / process solutions to customers and quantify the value delivered.
This AE team member provides on-site technical service which includes performing audits, running trials, and troubleshooting issues.In addition to field responsibilities, this individual will have technical responsibilities, including product evaluations, complaint investigations, and product recommendations for technical requests.Our Applications Engineer is the technical liaison between our customers / sales and our internal team including product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and marketingWhat makes you a good fit
BS Chemical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or other equivalent degree is requiredExperience in the adhesives or packaging and labeling industry is preferredAbility to multi-task with strong analytical and mechanical skillsAptitude and ability to operate various adhesive applications equipmentDemonstration of organizational, project management, and time management skillsEffective written and verbal communication skillsExcellent people skills; able to work effectively in a team environment.Willing to travel up to 50%, primarily in the USA.Some benefits of joining Henkel

This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
