The Stay Smart Manager will assist the Director of Coaching with training and achieving assigned metrics of performance within their team. The focus will include assisting with all new hire training, as well as ongoing training with current coaches. You will ensure platinum filings are not delayed; assist in identifying attendance and overall meeting show rate and performance; and assist with client engagement challenges.

The Stay Smart Manager will have been a coach within Dynatron Software a minimum of 1 year and have had results deemed as an "A - Player" within their reviews.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in training and education of new coaches assigned to their team.
• Ongoing training with individual coaches in low performing areas.
• Ensure ongoing GM / Executive Management engagement on coaching calls.
• Spearhead missing meeting process and ensure this process is being followed.
• Assist coaches with "high risk" clients who are potential red flags / cancels. This could be strategizing or sitting in on the meeting as well.
• Spearhead engagement during the Start Smart / Stay Smart handoff call.
• Assist in engaging clients in attending the Level 2 Workshop.

Salary Summary : $95,000 Base + Bonus
