This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, leads with vision, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients. As Director - Client Services, you'll lead a high-performing team of Client Service Consultants and collaborate across departments to elevate our market presence, strengthen client relationships, and ensure operational excellence. This role is central to our mission of delivering outstanding service and building long-term partnerships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and develop a team of Client Service Consultants, focusing on performance, coaching, and talent retention.
• Partner with sales leadership to create strategic business plans that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Build strong client relationships and lead strategic account planning, while enhancing regional visibility and brand recognition.
• Identify and implement improvements to drive business outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Monitor key performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
