Quality Inspection Supervisor

Job Description

Overview

The individual will be required to direct hourly employees in all disciplines of Non-Nuclear Quality Assurance Inspection. This will include both shop and shipboard systems, surveillance and NDT inspections. The candidate will be required to work with the Learning Management System in order to monitor and maintain inspector training qualifications and NDT proficiency. The successful candidate must be familiar with non-nuclear inspection procedures, practices, and inspection record systems within structural, mechanical, piping and shop fabrication and installation areas. The ability to interpret specifications and procedures is critical. The candidate must understand inspector training as required by specification and / or department requirements. The candidate will lead a number of hourly employees, ensuring these inspectors support operations, while maintaining the standards and requirements of our procedures and specifications. The successful candidate must be available to work all shifts and weekends, as required.
