A company is looking for a Director of Customer Support to lead global support operations and enhance customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a global support organization, managing team members and collaborating across international teams

Standardize service delivery across multiple products and regions to ensure a unified customer experience

Design and implement support strategies that improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

10+ years of customer support / service operations experience, with 5+ years in global leadership roles

Experience managing globally distributed teams, including contractors

Proven success in leading customer support teams for SaaS products in a fast-paced environment

Hands-on experience with support platforms like Zendesk or similar

Strong operational and people leadership skills
