A multidisciplined civil engineering firm specializing in land development is seeking a proactive, organized, and engaging Administrative Assistant to support their growing team. Schedule : Part-Time (Tue-Thu, 9 : 00 AM-3 : 00 PM) to start; with the goal of growing into a full-time role
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office administrative duties while wearing multiple hats in a small office environment.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and create polished meeting invitations using Microsoft Outlook.
- Answer phone calls and provide basic communication with clients and internal staff.
- Manage office supplies, filing systems, and maintain a master client list.
- Operate a large-format printer for report and plan printing.
- Draft, revise, and format letters, proposals, and engineering reports (content provided by engineers).
- Review documents, letters, and municipal correspondence for grammar, clarity, and presentation.
- Create templates and polished formats for recurring reports and submittals.
- Maintain records of company and employee licenses.
- Post weekly updates and announcements on LinkedIn and other social channels.
- Support marketing objectives and help strengthen the company"s online presence.
- Explore networking opportunities for the company.
- Organize employee social events and help cultivate a positive, energetic office culture.
- Contribute ideas to enhance branding, outreach, and employee engagement.

Job Requirements
Qualifications :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to format documents and modify basic formulas in Excel.Strong attention to detail with excellent grammar, writing, and formatting capabilities.Friendly, personable, and able to bring positive energy to the workplace.Comfortable working in a small office environment and collaborating with a team of engineers.Ability to create clean, professional document layouts and manage multiple tasks.Preferred Experience :
