This is a C2H role and can convert to employee in 6 months- Must have GC / USC

12+ years Salesforce experience, with at least 6 years in an architect / lead capacity.

Deep understanding of Salesforce core modules, LWC, Apex, APIs, and Event Monitoring.

Salesforce certifications : Application Architect, System Architect, CTA (for Architects), PD2 / Platform Dev (for Leads).

Experience with Agile@Scale , SAFE, or hybrid Agile-Waterfall environments.

Exposure to multi-region deployment , multi-language , and compliance-heavy industries.
